Wandiligong Nut Festival was established in May 2001.
It was the inspiration of three local women who envisaged the festival as uniting this small, isolated rural community around the theme of fun, laughter, celebration of the nut harvest and local culinary, artistic and performing talents.
Year after year, this little local festival grew and became a traditional celebration of the Autumn harvest time in the Alpine area of Victoria.
Today, the festival is a one day celebration of our local growers joined by our local market stall holders and our local community groups.
The festival attracts each year many people from local to international places.
We hope that you will enjoy with us the 2021 Wandiligong Nut Festival (20th Edition) on the Saturday April 24th 2021, from 9am to 4pm.
